7-day returns
Unworn, unwashed and unaltered hair in its original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, hair that has been installed, cut, coloured, or had lace altered cannot be returned. Custom units are final sale.
How to start a return
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection.
